Our story
Odd Hours started in 2021 at a kitchen table in Lisbon, with two designers who kept working late because the work deserved it.
We saw the same pattern again and again. Firms with real expertise, loyal clients and serious results, hidden behind brands that looked like everyone else’s.
So we built a studio around closing that gap. Small on purpose, senior by design, and measured by what changes for our clients after launch.

Sofia Marques
Co-founder & Design Director • Lisbon
Sofia spent eight years leading brand teams at agencies in Lisbon and London before starting Odd Hours. She runs every design review and still sets type by hand when nobody is looking.
Anders Kjær
Co-founder & Strategy Director • Copenhagen
Anders came from product strategy at a Danish fintech, where he learned that most growth problems are positioning problems. He leads discovery and writes the first draft of every website.
