The challenge

Tallow’s furniture sold well at fairs, but architects and interior designers rarely found it online. There was no way to request samples, specs or trade pricing.

Our approach

Built for the trade buyer

We shot every piece in natural light, then built a site that serves two audiences: homeowners who want the story, and designers who want dimensions, finishes and lead times.

  • Downloadable spec sheets and 3D files for every piece

  • A trade account with pricing and sample requests

  • Online booking for the Antwerp showroom

The results

Trade buyers became Tallow’s biggest growth channel within a year.

  • Trade orders grew from 12% to 31% of revenue

  • 140 showroom visits booked online every quarter

  • Average order value up 28%

Architects now specify our pieces straight from the website. That never happened before.
